"Expect The Unexpected"
I chose to do a response on this piece because of how captivating the work is to me.
I believe that this art work caught my eye not only because its street art but because its a unique type of street art. Its unique because instead of covering up the wall with whatever the artist can come up with they use the wall to their advantage by making the gray wall apart of the work. Not many people follow through with that idea, most people would just use an empty wall as a way to expand their ideas to fill it up leaving no empty spaces.
The image about this passage is another work that I found fascinating. The reason being is because even when you're just bored or have nothing to do your smallest sketches can become an extraordinary art work once you place everything together. I love the fact that he used post cards to draw on whenever he admired a statue where he was.
The last art piece that I wanted to do a response on is this piece that was created by Richard Orjis. I found this intriguing because he shows the people that you can make art out of anything that you can get your hands on. The media that he used to create the painting in the photo is mud, not many people would think of mud as a type of media that can be used for art but the photo reassures them that art can be made from literally anything.
